Live AI Demo — HVAC

Hear a Conversation with the HVAC Voice Agent.
A real one, start to finish.

This is an actual call to a Voice Agent configured for an HVAC company — not a script and not a reconstruction. A homeowner with no heat calls at two in the morning, and the agent works out the fault, takes the address, and books the job. Play it and read along.

What to Expect

  1. 1

    Dial the number

Call from any phone. It answers inside two rings — no menu tree, no hold music, no queue.

  2. 2

Talk like you would to a person

Ask about pricing, availability, or book yourself in. Interrupt it, change your mind, talk over it — it handles all three.

  3. 3

Watch it get the details right

It repeats back what it heard — service, time, contact details — and corrects itself when you tell it it's wrong.

  4. 4

    See where the lead lands

The call ends with a structured summary: who called, what they wanted, what got booked. That's what reaches the business owner.

What a Voice Agent Does for an HVAC Company

HVAC demand does not keep office hours. A furnace fails on the coldest night of the year, and the homeowner starts calling down the list at eleven at night — the first company that answers gets the job, and everyone else finds a voicemail in the morning from someone who has already booked elsewhere. A Voice Agent answers on the second ring, works out whether it is an emergency, gets the address and the callback number, and puts the job on the board while the caller is still on the phone.

  • Answers the 2am emergency

No-heat and no-cool calls arrive at the worst hours by definition. Those are also the highest-value jobs on the board, and the ones most likely to go to whoever picks up first.

  • Triages before a tech is dispatched

Whether the system is dead or running badly, what it sounds like, what type of property it is — enough for a dispatcher to know what they are sending someone into, and whether it can wait until morning.

  • Gets the address right

It reads the street address and the callback number back to the caller and waits for confirmation, which is the single most expensive detail to get wrong when a truck is already rolling.

  • Works through real speech

Hesitations, restarts, half-finished sentences and someone reading a house number off a piece of post. The recording on this page is exactly that, unedited.
